Overview
Ublux Reviews helps businesses manage their online reputation by analyzing reviews and supporting review reply workflows. This policy explains how we collect, use, protect, and delete information when you use the service.
Google user data we access
When you connect a Google account, Ublux Reviews may request access to Google Business Profile data through the scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/business.manage. Depending on your permissions, this can include business accounts, business locations, review text, star ratings, reviewer display metadata when Google provides it, review timestamps, owner replies, and reply status.
How we use Google user data
We use Google Business Profile data to display reviews, organize review history, analyze sentiment and recurring topics, prepare draft replies, publish owner-approved replies, and provide customer support for connected businesses.
Sharing and sale of data
We do not sell Google user data. We do not use Google user data for advertising. We do not share Google user data except with service providers needed to operate Ublux Reviews, when required by law, or when the connected business instructs us to do so.
AI and model training
Review content may be processed to generate summaries, sentiment analysis, suggested categories, and reply drafts. Google user data is not used to train general-purpose AI models.
Storage and security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect data against unauthorized access. OAuth tokens should be stored securely and encrypted in production systems. Access is limited to personnel and systems that need it to operate and support the service.
Retention and deletion
We retain connected review data while your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You can request deletion by contacting victor@ublux.com. You can also revoke Google access from your Google Account permissions page.
Limited use
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
